One property identity. Each proposed handoff inspectable.

The final-beta design treats each system as a distinct evaluation scope organized around one property identity. Release evidence must show that another department does not silently create a competing copy.

DOM owns the explanation · spectacle is optional · maturity is published

Connected record / progressive layer

Design each system around the same job identity.

The joining rule

The design keeps meaning attached.

  • Lead becomes property

The evaluation checks whether intake establishes a referenced identity instead of handing a copied address to the next tool.

  • Property becomes geometry

The design requires measurement and storm context to retain the property identity and their own provenance.

  • Geometry becomes work

The release check is whether scope, documents, scheduling, production and closeout retain the same authoritative facts.

  • People keep authority

Final-beta evidence must show preparation and refusal paths while a human retains approvals, attestations, spend and irreversible actions.

System register

Separate products, honest maturity, one operating argument.

These are evaluation records, not proof of deployment. Each names the intended buyer, target work, declared review status, and the evidence still required.

Failure boundary

The buying path survives without canvas.

  • No-WebGL remains complete

Navigation, product detail, comparison, security, buying and contact paths are ordinary semantic HTML.

  • Reduced motion changes choreography

Information does not disappear when transitions and scrubbed scenes are disabled.

  • Mobile spends less

Phones receive the same decisions and proof with a deliberately simpler rendering budget.
