Systems Customer 360
Customer 360
A design for one referenced job record from lead through closeout, including insurance-money fields.
- Built for
- Restoration contractors outgrowing spreadsheets
- Declared review status
- Final-beta evaluationFinal-beta design and implementation are under evaluation; no customer deployment is implied.
What the design targets
Proposed path: context assembling around a property.
The design keeps RCV, ACV, deductible, recoverable depreciation, and supplements as typed fields on a referenced job record rather than unstructured notes.
Release evaluation must prove activity-log coverage at the data boundary, idempotent intake, duplicate handling, tenant scope, and recovery behavior; this page does not assert that those controls are deployed for customers.
