Systems Sales Command Center
Sales Command Center
Designed to surface stalled-work evidence and refuse commission calculations with missing costs.
- Built for
- Sales managers at 10–100-rep shops
- Declared review status
- Final-beta evaluationFinal-beta design and implementation are under evaluation; no customer deployment is implied.
What the design targets
Proposed path: the pipeline, kept honest.
The design proposes reviewable stage cadences, human-sent follow-up drafts, a configurable stall check, duplicate review, and lost-deal analysis.
A required release check is that any commission calculation refuses a job with missing costs rather than estimating around the gap, and that a human can inspect the inputs before relying on the result.
