The external-configuration candidate is designed to drive branding, booking, and quote-widget placement from reviewed configuration rather than a one-off rebuild.
The evaluation asks whether an authorized address-based request can remain in the page while provider spend, data handling, failure states, and the fallback contact path stay explicit. No live client deployment is claimed here.
