Systems Lead Intake
Lead Intake
A design for reconciling authorized forms, calls, missed-call follow-up, and referrals into one intake record.
- Built for
- Any contractor buying leads or running ads
- Declared review status
- Final-beta evaluationFinal-beta design and implementation are under evaluation; no customer deployment is implied.
What the design targets
Proposed path: many doors, one hallway.
The design considers authorized web forms, assisted triage, verified voice intake, missed-call follow-up, referrals, and scoped CRM handoffs as inputs to one reconciliation step.
Final-beta evidence must show deduplication, consent, spoof and retry handling, connector direction, and a reporting rule that counts only qualified or scheduled records as pipeline.
