Systems Customer Portal
Customer Portal
Designed to present reviewed job status and documents to the homeowner from the same referenced record.
- Built for
- Contractors fielding “where’s my job?” calls
- Declared review status
- Final-beta evaluationFinal-beta design and implementation are under evaluation; no customer deployment is implied.
What the design targets
Proposed path: the job, from the driveway side.
The homeowner-facing design covers reviewed job status, a document area, payment handoff, self-booking, and scoped sign-in.
The evaluation can measure whether it reduces the “where’s my job?” call and changes payment timing, but this page publishes no customer result or deployment claim.
