What the design targets
Proposed path: the work performed, never a bot.
The final-beta design maps assisted tasks across intake, estimating, claims, production, finance, compliance, customer success, and analytics, with a proposed dispatcher, bounded context, run ledger, and cost accounting.
The design requires code-enforced human gates, deterministic model routing, cost ceilings and kill switches. Each of those controls remains part of the final-beta evidence review rather than a blanket production assurance.
